Duties and Responsibilities :
Design and implement business strategies to assist the program to realize business goalsOversee the clinical staff and ensure adherence to best practices and organizational policiesProvide oversight and leadership for clinical documentation training and compliance regarding clinical audits (DMAS and Insurance MCO Audits)Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists and other clinical staff.Communicate with patients’ healthcare providers for continuity of care for patients.Other duties as assigned.Position Requirements :
Master's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Preferred(2-3) years of clinical work experience in pediatric servicesLicensed and / or eligible for license as required in the state of VirginiaExperience with payroll and billing2 or 3 years experience in a supervisory role or clinical director role. PreferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
