Monitoring Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Monitoring Support Specialist to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities Monitor the performance, availability, and health of training systems and infrastructure Track system metrics, respond to alerts, and ensure optimal system performance Maintain compliance with federal monitoring requirements and service level agreements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with 5+ years of federal systems monitoring experience Experience with federal monitoring tools, network management systems, and government alerting protocols Knowledge of federal performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and system health management Understanding of federal incident response procedures and escalation protocols Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance and experience with continuous monitoring of government systems
