SUMMARY :
The Wellness Center Assistant will assist in the oversight of the front desk and serve as the point person for those entering the Wellness individual will answer and direct phone calls appropriately on behalf of all members of the Wellness Center team, and / or assist any student, staff, faculty member, or guest that comes to the office for support. These responsibilities are performed in an ethical manner consistent with the University’s mission, vision and cultural values.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers entering the Wellness Center for various services
- Demonstrate and promote the University Cultural Values
- Perform routine office duties including front desk phone service, file management, appointment scheduling, and project completion assigned by staff members
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive student information
- Design flyers and promotional materials for Wellness Center events, programs, and the office in general
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Wellness Center website
- Understand and abide by all external and internal regulations and policies
This includes NCAA, GLIAC and national affiliations associated within athletics or other role specific regulations
