College Tutors of Ann Arbor, Canton Northville   is searching for organized, subject specific experts to work as dedicated  part-time Academic Tutors  for middle and high school students.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SUPERSTAR TUTOR As a College Tutor, your ability to engage with students will foster  strong, honest connections with students and their parents .

If you have achieved academic success and have the skills to help others achieve the same success, we have the tutoring job for you.

The students you’ll work with vary from middle to high school students so extreme patience is key.

You’ll gladly provide students with academic assistance.

You’ll plan and prepare for each tutoring session using student and learning center resources.

You’ll evaluate student progress toward goals and determine appropriate courses of action.

WORKSCHEDULE Confidence, dedication, and positivity might work around the clock, but we only need you to be available  two or more  afternoons during the week from  3pm-7pm  and  have Sunday availability  to work with students  in person  at one of our Ann Arbor, Canton or Northville offices.

QUALIFICATIONS Involved, organized Student with Subject specific expertise College Test Prep applicants must have scored in the 90% or above on their college entrance exam(s) Previous tutor experience a plus Ability to tutor one-one-one in-person, virtual and remote learning settings Travel may be required with reliable transportation to and from tutoring locations Ability to tutor in person at one of our office locations Do you enjoy sharing your subject matter expertise with others?  Can you relay knowledge in an effective manner to students?
