Collections Associate, West Palm Beach, Florida
UOVO Fashion, the premier storage and services provider for fashion, seeks an engaging and collaborative Collections Associate to join its dynamic and growing team. Based in West Palm Beach, Florida and reporting to the Collections Manager, this role will be responsible for reconciling, cataloging inventory, as it comes and goes from our facility, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
- Itemizing new inventory using highly detailed fashion terminology.
- Tracking garments as they come and go from our facility, using UOVO Fashion’s customized platform.
- Providing exemplary customer service when out in the field working in client’s homes.
- Communicate with Account Managers regarding the status of client inventory, cleaning and / or repairs as needed.
- Photography of garments in our in-house studios as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain high ethical standards
