Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities : As an Insurance Sales Team Member, you will :

  • Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
  • Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial.

Requirement

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • We are seeking a driven sales professional who excels in communication and relationship- building. Qualified candidates should have :
  • Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Active Ohio Property & Casualty License (required).
  • Active Ohio Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
