Superintendent Amenities
Work with this General Contractor on their increasing pipeline of projects!
Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors long-term.
Manage all aspects of multifamily ground up amenity construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives.
Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control.
Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets specifications.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to key stakeholders.

A successful Superintendent - Municipal should have :
A strong background in construction management, particularly within light industrial, municipal, or amenities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A thorough understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
A commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines and budgets.
Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, based on experience.
