The Role
As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant at Duel, you'll deliver value to our customers and revenue for our business by implementing our products for enterprise customers. . You will be the primary technical liaison for conversations with strategic logo targets, including Fortune 500 brands across beauty, fashion & retail. This involves building trust and confidence through expert demonstrations of Duels products and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. Collaborating closely with Account Directors, Client Services, Product and Engineering teams, you will prioritise and develop technical solutions for Duel’s key brands, ensuring that the product aligns with their strategic brand requirements.
As a member of this fast-growing Brand Experience team, you will design integrated solutions, provide strategic advice to customers, and facilitate communication between internal technical teams and customers. Technical Solutions Consultants drive customer success from deal evaluation to product activation, influencing product development to continually enhance Duel’s value proposition and customer return on investment.
This role requires strong enterprise software acumen to educate on Duel’s growing set of AI native features as well as deep API understanding to architect and build custom solutions.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Will…
Deliver compelling, customised demos to Enterprise brands by building tailored environments and telling stories that resonate with their unique brand needs.
Design and architect bespoke enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 brands, aligning technical capabilities with strategic objectives
Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
Collaborate with Duel Account Directors to showcase technical features and benefits through customised product demos and workflow illustrations, promoting Duel’s Gross Advocacy Value proposition
Develop tailored product solutions based on a deep understanding of integration and configuration options, ensuring effective alignment with customer needs
Act as a strategic consultant and extension of our brands team as you guide them through Duel implementation and best practices
Evaluate customer requirements for new opportunities, completing RFPs, leading technical discovery, and conducting use-case and ROI analyses to determine Duel’s suitability
Drive initial product utilisation and revenue for Duel brands by ensuring there are no unnecessary delays in the implementation process, and continuing to sell the customer on why implementing Duel is a high-value initiative
Work alongside Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering to create and maintain technical assets and an internal knowledge hub for customer use cases and best practices
We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have…
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Consulting, Implementation or Customer Activation roles, with a focus on SaaS implementation, API-driven solutions, and customer engagement, preferably in a technology space.
Familiarity with core enterprise B2B platforms and their role in end-to-end revenue generating and operational processes
Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS systems and product operations, with a strong grasp of organisational leadership and gamified workflows
Extensive hands-on experience with API integrations, configurations, and the development of tailored technical solutions to meet complex customer needs
Proven ability to influence and present to executive stakeholders, both virtually and in person, translating technical concepts into strategic value
Skilled in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, partnering across departments to drive consensus and deliver successful outcomes
Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Experience running complex implementation projects with multiple workstreams, leveraging exceptional project management and time management skills
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and position product solutions accordingly
High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
