Part-Time Hospitalist – Internal or Family Medicine

Location : Green Bay, WI

Schedule : 7–10 shifts per month | Flexible scheduling

Position Overview :

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay, Wisconsin on a part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable patient load, and the chance to work with a collaborative, patient-centered care team.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.

Perform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.

Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families.

Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.

Participate in quality initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence.

Schedule & Workload :

7 to 10 shifts per month, with flexible scheduling.

Shift Length Flexibility

Qualifications :

MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).

Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
