Seeking a Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our Housing Studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on a variety of projects with a talented team of designers, planners, and architects. Applicants should have experience in the design and documentation of large-scale housing projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, senior housing and affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leading the production of deliverable documents throughout the SD, DD, CD and CA phases of a project.
• Demonstrate strong technical leadership and document coordination
• Responsible for the quality assurance of the design documents
• Hava an experienced understanding of building codes, zoning, and planning regulations
• Supervise, direct work, and offer mentorship to project staff
• Work directly with clients and contractors during all phases of the design and construction process
• Responsible for facilitating coordination with the Project Designer and Project Manager to ensure the original design intent of the project is maintained through all phases
