Position Overview

The Senior Functional Consultant will serve as a subject-matter expert in Dynamics 365 Project Operations (Integrated ERP) and D365 Finance & Operations (F&O / Finance & Supply Chain Management) with a strong emphasis on Project Management Accounting (PMA). This role will support a multi-entity, multi-state organization undergoing a major F&O re-implementationrevisiting its chart of accounts, optimizing PMA, and improving project-to-finance integration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Operations & CE Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and validation of Dynamics 365 Project Operations Integrated ERP or Project Operations Lite with PMA.
• Design project structures including quotations, contracts, WBS, tasks, billing methods, pricing structures, and project templates.
• Configure and validate project entity integration between Dataverse / CE and F&O using dual-write including mapping, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle processes across CE and F&O, including project creation, resource assignments, time & expense management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with CE and F&O teams to ensure project master data is standardized across business units and legal entities.
