Job Titles : IT Project / Program Manager (Scrum Master)

MULTIPLE POSSIBLE LOCATIONS : Dallas, TX ( preferred) , Peoria, IL, Nashville, TN

Employment Type : Contract

Compensation : $68-$76 per Hour

Position Overview

The IT Project / Program Manager will serve as a Scrum Master and shared resource across multiple teams. This role involves managing Azure DevOps Boards, monitoring resource allocations, and coordinating cross-functional project activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • If no degree, must have at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Certification required (Scrum Master certification or equivalent)

  • Project Management / Scrum Master Certification
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Required Technical Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to support team development and provide constructive performance feedback
  • Expert knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware / software
  • Understanding of production processes, quality control, cost optimization, and distribution techniques
  • Expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and business management principles
  • Proficiency in programming languages and software such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings across teams
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for project updates
