Position Overview
The IT Project / Program Manager will serve as a Scrum Master and shared resource across multiple teams. This role involves managing Azure DevOps Boards, monitoring resource allocations, and coordinating cross-functional project activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience Requirements
