About the Role

The Company is seeking an MD 3 Exercise Support Analyst / SME to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing all exercise and wargame planning requirements, including the development of Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs). This role involves facilitating and conducting exercise planning, wargame development, and execution, as well as providing exercise briefings to leadership. The Analyst / SME will also be involved in coordinating with various organizations and stakeholders to ensure the success of MD 3 exercises and training events. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for military studies, operations research, systems engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 6 years' experience working with military HQ, Delta, Wing, or Squadron Staff in support of current and future EW mission areas is required. The role demands advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites, experience in a classified space environment, and a background in joint operations planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of exercise development methodologies, experience with After Action Report (AAR) processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple military services and joint organizations. The position also requires the ability to travel frequently and a TS / SCI clearance.
