Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Technician  for a 12 Month + Contract Opportunity . We are seeking a strong detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Expertise Calibration Associate. In this entry-level role, you will support the development and refinement of evaluation standards by helping calibrate and align subject-matter expertise across teams. This position is ideal for someone looking to build experience in quality assurance, training, or data evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of quality standards by ensuring compliance throughout all stages of the process.
  • Assessing potential risks, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Taking ownership of quality control activities across multiple areas such as laboratory studies, clinical research, testing, raw materials, operations, production, and finished products.
  • Facilitating internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of expertise and consistency in calibration standards.
  • Executing data evaluations to validate accuracy and reliability across processes.
  • Maintaining compliance documentation and reporting findings in alignment with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of calibration and evaluation processes.

Job Requirements

What you need -

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in calibration, quality assurance, laboratory testing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Effective communication skills for working across teams and supporting audits / inspections.
  • Experience supporting audits or inspections within regulated industries (medical device, pharma, or related).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data entry, documentation, and reporting tools.
