About the Firm

Our client, a leading Elite Boutique investment banking advisory firm headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a high-performing Investment Banking Associate to join its Technology coverage team.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution : Lead execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A, IPOs, and capital raise transactions across the technology space.
• Client Interaction : Serve as a key point of contact for clients, participating in meetings, presentations, and ongoing relationship management.
• Valuation & Financial Modeling : Build and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions) to support transaction analysis.
• Due Diligence : Oversee and coordinate due diligence efforts, including data room management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Marketing & Pitching : Assist senior bankers in preparing pitch books and marketing materials for new business development efforts.
• Mentorship : Guide and train Analysts and Interns, reviewing deliverables and supporting professional development.
