Event Supervisor

The Classic Center is looking for energetic, detail-oriented Event Supervisors to help bring events to lifefrom concerts and conferences to galas and game nights.

What You'll Do :

  • Help plan and execute events from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their vision and make it happen.
  • Coordinate staffing and equipment needs (think lights, mics, tables, and more).
  • Create event layouts and outlines that keep everything organized.
  • Be the friendly face and problem-solver during events.
  • Occasionally serve as Manager on Dutyyes, you'll be in charge!
  • What We're Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently enrolled in a college program related to Event Planning, Hospitality, or Entertainment Management (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for solving problems on the fly.
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and irregular schedules.
