Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) – No OB

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Desire someone that loves the small-town atmosphere and a commitment to work / life balance
• Looking for a strong, patient-centered, team player with a desire to serve in a learning / teaching environment, with a passion for the broad-spectrum of patients that comes with rural Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
• If this is you, join a team of 5 Physicians, 6 APPs and Additional Staff
• Admit to adjacent 25-bed, critical access hospital
• Outpatient Practice with the option to do Inpatient if that is something you enjoy
• On site lab, pharmacy & X-ray
• Patient volume : 14-21 per day in clinic, depending on practice mix
• Current practice of 1 DO and 4 MDs
• Round at the local nursing home
• Call is shared with other clinics in town, schedule is approx. 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend a month (shared with a colleague)
• Hospital has 24-hour ER coverage
