Field Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive Field Coordinator (FC) to join our team. The FC will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site coordinating subcontractors and ensure that work is performed safely efficiently and in line with project standards. This role is essential in bridging communication between the General Contractor (GC) subcontractors and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site logistics deliveries and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain site office documentation (schedules tasks reports inspection logs).
• Monitor project progress update schedules and report delays to the Project Manager.
• Lead daily subcontractor meetings and attend GC coordination meetings.
• Conduct QA / QC audits and ensure required sign-offs are obtained.
• Manage site safety including orientations safety meetings and review of subcontractor safety plans.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and contribute to lessons learned.
