SDOT is seeking a systems-minded collaborative and detail-oriented Resource Librarian ( Senior Planning & Development Specialist) to lead the reinvigoration and long-term stewardship of the Capital Project Delivery (CPD) Portfolios internal staff Resource Library. This role is central to SDOTs efforts to streamline project delivery improve internal accountability and ensure efficient use of public dollars.
The Resource Librarian will establish and manage a centralized intuitive and well-governed library of tools templates trainings and protocols that support staff across the portfolio throughout the planning design and delivery process. This position will lead the development of standard operating procedures governance structures and internal policies that promote consistency reduce duplication and improve access to critical resources. The role requires strong project management facilitation and technical expertise as well as the ability to advise senior leadership and influence department-wide practices in a highly matrixed environment.

The Citys full salary range for this position is $54.28 - $63.26 hourly.
