As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Senior Accountant to join our collaborative finance team. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact through hands-on financial management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting with accurate financial data and insights.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist with both internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Analyze operating results, expenses, and margins to provide management with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and strengthen internal control processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment between financial and business objectives.
