Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions in a .Net environment based on a set of LOB requirements
• Work with both IIS servers and in Kubernetes (containers) environments
• Translate the services API into a usable function on the UI with their knowledge of Angular
• Utilize extensive Agile experience to manage sprint deliverables and communicate any risks or impediments at daily stand ups, and be comfortable with participating in joint sessions / working groups to discuss technical solutions within an integrated team dispersed across the globe geographically
• Utilize skills to build new features and enhance PowerPoint add-ons
• Look at legacy code, and integrate it with new features
• Focus on code quality via unit testing, or integration testing
• Role does not involve client interactions, but the candidate should be comfortable conversing with stakeholders in the LOB
