Hotel Spa Manager, Highlands

The Job :

As the Spa Manager for this property, you will be responsible for the hotel guests and spa members during their visit to the Spa, you will ensure that exceptional levels of guest service are delivered. You will be responsible for the hiring and training of all new recruits while managing the daily maintenance of the club's facilities which include spa treatment rooms and therapy rooms. You will also interface with the other departments throughout the hotel and will be responsible for managing the departmental budgets.

Ideally, we are looking to attract experienced and skilled Spa individuals who have gained a solid and robust grounding within their career to date and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and work in a hotel setting preferably from a 4
