Qualified Candidates :
Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitaskHave great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests, high positive energy, and optimismAre supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care servicesDay-to-Day
Working along side with the Operations Manager to elevate the customer experience thru sales and clinic growthProvide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understoodPromote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendationsSupport cliniic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questionsMaintain all sales quotas to help grow the business.Culture & Support :
