Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Intake Attorney to join our legal team. This position is integral to our firm's success, playing a key role in managing and overseeing all client intake processes, from the initial contact through the final resolution of the case. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Estates, Planning, Probate, and Elder Law. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney seeking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative legal environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct initial client intake interviews and consultations, gathering pertinent information to assess the client's needs and case potential.

2. Review and analyze all intake information to determine the best course of action and legal strategy.

3. Provide clear and concise legal advice to potential clients, explaining their rights, potential remedies, and the legal process.

4. Coordinate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure that all client information is accurately recorded and updated in the firm's case management system.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of intake procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Estates, Planning, Probate, and Elder Law, staying up-to-date with any changes in legislation or case law.

7. Contribute to the firm's overall success by identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with other team members to implement these changes.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.

3. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Estates, Planning, Probate, and Elder Law.

4. Demonstrated experience in client intake processes, preferably within a legal setting.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand.

6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

7. Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
