Hotel Operations Manager

About Us : United Contractor Services is one of the fastest growing construction specialty contractors in the nation. Recently, we acquired a hotel near one of our major job sites. The hotel is primarily used to house our team members, but we are expanding its use to serve other trades and companies working in the area. We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to help fill vacant rooms and keep the operation running smoothly.

Job Summary : As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of the property, ensuring every aspect of operations runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing front desk activities such as guest check-ins, room assignments, and overall guest services. You will proactively address and resolve issues related to maintenance, housekeeping, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a consistently high standard of service. In this role, you'll also coordinate closely with staff, vendors, and company leadership to maintain seamless communication and operational alignment. Additionally, you'll monitor room availability and occupancy rates, providing regular reports and insights to management to support effective decision-making and maximize performance.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience in sales / business development, hotel management, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident talking to tradespeople and contractors
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
