🛠️ Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative support.

Assist with coaching, correcting, and training officers to meet company expectations.

Support and guide Field Supervisors to help improve patrol service quality.

Oversee and maintain accurate client files, SOPs, and officer records.

Track and verify schedules, payroll, PTO, and vehicle assignments.

Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain organized personnel documentation.

Proactively help identify operational gaps and provide real-time support solutions.

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who : Has 1+ years of admin or ops support experience, preferably in security or logistics.

Has 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience (even informal leadership counts).

Is comfortable giving feedback and direction to officers and junior field staff.

Possesses strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Is confident using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

Can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Stays calm and professional under pressure.
