Distribution Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience working for a distributor in the building materials industry, demonstrating proven leadership skills and a track record of building efficient, well-structured warehouse operations.

You should be comfortable managing a $25M+ P&L, leading a team of 10–15, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, organized communicators will thrive here. This role offers a $70–$85K base with total earnings up to $95K!
