Department / Unit Summary

The rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) at Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor / Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharges planning process.

• 6 : 1 Nurse Ratio
• 12 Hour Shifts

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include :

CPR / BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.

CCRN preferred.

Minimum six months' Medical / Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Wage Range - $44.00 to $65.71 per hour
