Overview
The IT Support Specialist provides end user support for user’s technical and application issues while also supporting the IT Infrastructure and Systems team as necessary. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Addison, TX office.
Responsibilities
Basic Function / Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A / V equipment, servers and other IT related systems
- Create and manage user accounts and access
- Perform Office 365 and network administration
- Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records
- Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary
- Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures and end-user training
