Clarifi Staffing Solutions is thrilled to present an engaging opportunity for a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist to join a vibrant school community for the upcoming academic year. We're searching for a driven and empathetic clinician who is eager to support students in developing essential communication skills that fuel academic and personal success.

In this role, the SLP will provide direct therapy services within a school-based setting, working hands-on with students across a range of communication challenges. You'll play an essential role in evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized interventions, while collaborating with educators and families to support student achievement.

Core Responsibilities Include :

• Administer speech and language evaluations to identify areas of need across articulation, fluency, receptive / expressive language, and voice.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals and communication profile.
• Partner with teachers, school staff, and parents to align services and promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain comprehensive records, including assessment results, progress monitoring data, and therapy documentation.
• Contribute meaningfully to IEP meetings by sharing data-driven insights and collaborating on student-centered goals.
• Stay current with the latest clinical practices, research, and state / district guidelines through ongoing professional development.
