ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

I opened my agency in December 2024 after spending over five years with State Farm, and Im proud of the well-rounded, service-focused team were building. Currently, were a team of three full-time and one part-time team members, and were growing. With both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Finance, Ive designed this agency to go beyond traditional property and casualty insurancewe actively help our customers with financial planning, including life insurance, 529 plans, retirement options, and more.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Junjie Yang - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Mandarin preferred.
