GENERAL JOB SUMMARY :
Under limited supervision, The AHA Training Center Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of American Heart Association (AHA) training courses, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). This role ensures that courses are scheduled in compliance with AHA guidelines, instructor availability, student demand, and training center standards. The coordinator acts as a key liaison between instructors, students, internal departments, and external partners to ensure a seamless training experience.
The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH / WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION :
Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.

Associate degree preferred.
Experience working with AHA programs or within a training center.
