LOCATION : DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR)

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT : Active TS / SCI

Responsibilities :

This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI).

  • Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems. Provide project management, supervision and direction to ensure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
  • Ensure tasks are received, logged, and assigned to the appropriate section personnel for completion.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and, if necessary, coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity.
  • Close out completed tasks in the designated database or system and ensure the customer receives the requested production.
  • Have a deep understanding of the following : Agile Service Delivery FrameworkAgile Workflow & Service ExecutionAgile-Trained Personnel & Implementation SupportAgile Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

Required qualifications / skills :

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience leading large teams within this field with a master’s degree
  • A minimum of 17 years of experience leading large teams within this field with a bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience leading programs using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Agile Release Train (ART) management, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and cross-team coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement Agile best practices in government or enterprise environments, including backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder alignment.
