Responsibilities :
Handle inbound leads (phone, Internet) and direct to appropriate contactContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsWork with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniquesResearch and stay current in consumer and industry trendsCommunicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employeesOutstanding Customer ServiceQualifications :
Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferredProven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industrySuperior communication and customer service skillsExcellent follow-through skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetFamiliarity with automotive financingMaintaining a positive, can-do attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
