We are seeking an experienced Electrical Commercial / Industrial Project Manager to join our growing team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple commercial / industrial projects simultaneously, managing a minimum annual portfolio of $3M.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical and construction codes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate field staff to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage all project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, O&Ms, and JSAs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and company standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of electrical and project management experience (field experience preferred).Mandatory experience in electrical commercial / industrial projects.Management degree preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical and construction codes.Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.Proficiency in computers and software, including Microsoft Office, email, and project management tools (Procore, BlueBeam, etc.).Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.Required Skills
