Collaborate with the agency owner on marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to enhance agency visibility. Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge. Track and report on sales metrics and progress toward goals. Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid insurance license or the willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
