- The Client requires the services of 2 Business Analysts hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Business Analyst, Level 2, Emerging Technology and the specifications outlined in this document for CLIENT.
- Various technology and innovation projects that directly impact the daily operations of CLIENT to achieve Agency missions, goals, and objectives.
- Support current CLIENT projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes / epics / user stories / acceptance criteria and analysis of existing requirements documentation.
- Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
- Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.
