Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and skilled Master's Level Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral health services. This role is ideal for a therapist with at least two years of experience working in behavioral health settings who is passionate about supporting individuals through their healing and recovery journeys. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent organizational skills, and experience delivering individual therapy and completing comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual therapy sessions to clients with a range of behavioral health concerns, including trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and staff trainings
  • Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
  • Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and life goals
  • Facilitate referrals and coordinate care with external providers or agencies when necessary

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of [Insert State] (LMSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting
  • Demonstrated experience in individual therapy and treatment planning
  • Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and documentation efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Trauma-informed and culturally competent approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
