- BONUS!!!! after 6 months of performance review. Looking for a driver with Class A and Haz Mat endorsement. 5 years' experience. Rate of pay starts at .58 cents a mile. Average 2000 miles a week. Work week is Monday thru Friday. You are out approximately 3 nights a week. There is $50.00 per diem every night out.every .
