Server Position

Education :

High School or GED or equivalent.

Experience :

Prior work experience as a server, preferred.

Some experience in customer service.

Prior work experience in restaurant / bar / hospitality industry or related work environments, preferred.

Requirements :

Current Food Handlers and TABC Certificates, must be obtained upon hire and maintained throughout employment.

Essential Duties of the Job :

Meet optimal results of the area assigned, by the manager on duty.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service of the assigned area.

Provides excellent customer service of the assigned area(s) at all times.

Takes customer orders of food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.

Carries, lifts and serves food and beverages to customers, as ordered.

Responsible for stocking of products, as assigned.

Responsible for consistently maintaining good service for pool table customers and provide adequate maintenance to equipment (where applicable).

Promotes products.

Charges customers accurately, based on ticket sales and that all orders are entered in the system, prior to taking out order to customer.

Service customers with food and beverage and billiard tables.

Assist with the establishments opening and closing activities.

Maintains good housekeeping of assigned area(s) and provides general cleaning of establishment on a daily basis.

Keeps tables wiped down, clean and free from trash.
