ROLE : Assistant Community Association Manager (Bilingual English / Spanish)

SALARY : $40,000 - 45,000

THE ROLE

This role will support the Property Manager onsite at a large residential building. You will be a main point of contact for residents, vendors, and the Property Manager. This job involves heavy communication via phone and email and responsibility for administrative tasks as determined by the Property Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Resident & Board Relations

• Respond to homeowner and resident inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Assist in preparing materials, reports, and agendas for board and annual meetings; attend meetings as needed.
• Support enforcement of community rules and policies fairly and consistently.
