As the Director, People Strategy you will serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Chief People Officer and the People Leadership Team (PLT).
This role is at the center of how our People organization plans, measures, and communicates its impact. You'll architect the frameworks that translate our People vision, into actionable strategies, clear metrics, and compelling Board-level narratives.

Your experience :
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be between $218,600 - $299,925 / YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
