    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for its Accident and Health division. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development and execution of the operational strategy across three business segments : corporate, specialty, and individual. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, including the design and monitoring of operational KPIs, process improvement, and the management of relationships with third-party administrators. The Head of Operations will also be responsible for project management, ensuring the successful implementation of new partners, operational process enhancements, and new product launches. A key aspect of the role is to contribute to the overall business strategy, driving growth, and maximizing shareholder value.

    Applicants for the Head of Operations position should have a minimum of 10 years' of operational experience in financial services or insurance, with a proven track record in strategic development, program management, and project execution. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, the ability to scale organizations, and expertise in applying technology and automation to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will be a skilled change leader, with exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams. A customer-focused approach, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion are also essential.
