Entry Level Account Manager Key Functions
Meet directly with customers to discuss AT&T’s products, services, and latest promotions, tailoring each conversation to their unique needs.
Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions that not only meet immediate needs but build long-term relationships.
Drive sales through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and persuasive communication.
Manage ongoing customer accounts, including follow-ups, upgrades, and renewals, ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver top-tier solutions and meet business goals.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Participate in leadership development programs, taking initiative to implement best practices learned in training.
