Customer Service Representative- Local Utility Company!

We are seeking

• customer-focused representatives
• to join a well-known organization in the utility industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers across New Mexico, handling phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries. You'll be trained on up to five different software systems and expected to manage
• 40-50 inbound calls daily
• with professionalism and empathy.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Handle general customer inquiries regarding utility services
• Assist with payment and billing arrangements
• Support customers with payment plans and collections
• Process service connections and disconnections
• Deliver
• one-cal
• l resolution by effectively addressing customer needs without escalation
• Required Skills and Compensation :
• Tenure : Minimum 1.5 years at each of your most recent jobs
• Experience : 1-2 years in a call center environment
• Strong ability to de-escalate calls without management intervention
• Comfortable working remotely after training (must have reliable internet and private workspace)
• Experience toggling between 3-5 software programs simultaneously
• Ability to work with dual computer screens
• Commitment to first-call resolution

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
