The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of internal and external communications strategies, assist in creating high-quality content, and maintain consistency across all communication channels. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing communication plans.

Draft, edit, and proofread written materials including press releases, newsletters, memos, and client updates.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging.

Manage communication databases and media contact lists.

Monitor industry trends and media coverage relevant to the company and clients.

Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns.

Track metrics and prepare reports on communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a communications or PR role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communications tools (e.g., email platforms, CMS).

Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
