Senior Labor and Employment Attorney

One of my clients with headquarters out of Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Labor and Employment Lawyer to join their team. This firm has five locations total and roughly 65+ employees with a focus on labor and employment, business litigation and general litigation. This position is with the Labor and Employment team.

Billable Hours- 1750

Work Model- Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 at home)

Desired Background-

Minimum of 7 years of civil or commercial litigation experience

At least 3+ years focusing on labor and employment litigation, wage and hour class action and added plus

Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion

Excellent writing and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple assignments and high-quality work

A collaborative mindset

Strong academic background

Licensed and in good standing, California
