StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 10;12;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate : $315.25 - $341.25

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & Requirements : Monday - Friday, 4x10s, will consider 3x12s; prefer full time, Weekend beeper call (less than 1 shift every 2 months)
• Supervision vs Independent : Generally, medical supervision (1 : 4). Medical supervision with occasional medical direction
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) :  Epic
• Certifications required : Board Certification, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Certification, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR / DEA)
• Number of Operating Rooms : 16 main campus, 9 at north
• License Required or accepting IMLC : Florida License required
