A well-established dental lab in West Hills is seeking an experienced Digital Dental Designer to join its digital team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on high-esthetic anterior cases with a collaborative team focused on precision, efficiency, and clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do :

Design crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, and full-arch cases using 3Shape.

Interpret scans, impressions, and RX forms to produce accurate designs.

Collaborate with doctors, designers, and technicians to ensure clinical accuracy.

Troubleshoot and refine designs based on feedback and outcomes.

Track digital cases and maintain accurate workflow documentation.

Meet daily deadlines while delivering consistent quality.

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of anterior design experience using 3Shape in a lab setting.

Deep understanding of dental anatomy and esthetic restorative principles.

Proven ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Experience with digital wax-ups and familiarity with milling / 3D printing is a plus.

Benefits :

30 to $45 / hr, based on experience.
