Key duties include comprehensive assessment of respiratory status, continuous monitoring of oxygenation and ventilation, and the ongoing management of mechanical ventilation with careful weaning when appropriate. You will administer bronchodilator therapies, humidified therapies, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and airway clearance techniques tailored to individual needs.
